DESCRIPTION:
Build a new elevated water storage tank near the proposed Broad Creek and Twin Ponds Subdivision that would serve those subdivisions as well as accommodate additional growth in the Hollywood Town Center. Cost is only for planning and design. The results of the Facilities Plan will determine the size of this water storage tank.
PLANNING JUSTIFICATION:
Additional water storage is needed in this area to support the added growth as well as to ensure adequate supply for fire suppression.
