| The sewerage collection system within Patuxent Park was constructed by the U.S. Navy in the mid 1940,s. The sewers are over 50 years old and in need of rehabilitation/replacement. The water system is in need of upgrading, mains, valves and fire hydrants. The project will rehabilitate and replace and the water and sewer systems. The work will be performed in conjunction with the St. Mary's County Department of Public Works and Transportation Road Rehabilitation Project Phase 2B. The water and sewer work consists of the rehabilitation and or replacement installation of the water lines and rehabilitation and or replacement of the sewer lines. | |||||||||
