Frank E. Taylor

Chairman, Third Election District, is currently employed at Taylor Gas Company Inc. Mr. Taylor attended Belmont Abbey College in 1971, from which he received a B.S. degree in Business and Economics. He also attended the Aviation Officer Candidate School in 1974 and the Maryland Bankers School in 1980-81.

Mr. Taylor served as a member of the St. Mary's County Planning Commission for 10 years, in the capacity of Chairman for 6 years; is on the Board of Directors of the U.S. Navy League, Patuxent River Council; on the Board of Directors of Three Oaks Center; and is a member of the Lexington park Rotary Club.
