Thomas C. Lancaster

Chuck Lancaster, First Election District, is currently employed by Sabre Systems, Inc. as the executive director for Operational Support Services at the Lexington Park office. He resides with his family in Saint Inigoes.  Mr. Lancaster received his B.A. in Mathematics from the University of Bridgeport in 1972.  Prior to his retirement as a career civil servant for the Naval Air Systems Command, Mr. Lancaster held various technical and management positions primarily in the Test and Evaluation community.  During this time, he also satisfactorily completed the NAVAIR Senior Executive Management Development Program.  In his current position at Sabre, Mr. Lancaster manages technical support of programs primarily based at the Patuxent River Complex and the Naval Surface Warfare Center-Dahlgren Division.

Mr. Lancaster is a member of the Lexington Park Rotary Club and The Knights of Columbus.  He is a member and past president of the International Test and Evaluation Association – Southern Maryland Chapter.
