Thomas C. Lancaster

Chuck Lancaster, First Election District, is currently employed by BAE Systems, Inc. as the program manager for specific technical programs at the Webster Field office. He resides with his family in Saint Inigoes.  Mr. Lancaster received his B.A. in Mathematics from the University of Bridgeport in 1972.  Prior to his retirement as a career civil servant for the Naval Air Systems Command, Mr. Lancaster held various technical and management positions primarily in the Test and Evaluation community. 

Mr. Lancaster is a member of the Lexington Park Rotary Club and The Knights of Columbus.  He is a past president of the International Test and Evaluation Association – Southern Maryland Chapter..
