MetCom Community Forums Scheduled

In an effort to enhance communication between its customers and the general public, the St. Mary’s County Metropolitan Commission is announcing that it will begin holding community forums on a quarterly basis beginning on April 9, 2008.  Subsequent forums will be held on July 9, 2008, October 8, 2008, January 7, 2009, and on the second Wednesday of each calendar quarter thereafter.  The forums will be held from 6:30pm to 8:30pm.  The community forum on April 9 will be held in the Board of County Commissioners Conference Room 14 of the St. Mary’s County Governmental Center, Leonardtown, Maryland.  Locations of subsequent forums will be announced at a later date. 

The Metropolitan Commission encourages anyone who has a question or a comment about the operation of public water or sewer systems, customer service, fees and charges, or any other associated issue, to attend the public forums and participate.
