Unfortunately,
due to unforeseen repairs and construction delays, the expected
upgrade completion has been pushed back to March 2006. This
Commission has expressed to our engineering firm and construction
contractor that the odor control portion of this upgrade is a top
priority.
In the meantime, we are taking every measure possible
to keep odors at this facility to a minimum. Please feel free to
