In accordance with Section 113-27D of the Public Laws
of St. Mary’s County, notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be
held on June 6, 2006 at 7:00pm at the offices of the St.
Mary’s County Metropolitan Commission
located at 43990 Commerce Avenue, Hollywood, Maryland.
The hearing will be held to discuss the proposed Energy Surcharge
to become effective July 1, 2006.
All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and to present
their comments and questions.
