Notice to potential bidders who access and download Bid Documents from the Website: 

For the sake of convenience, we are now allowing Bid Documents to be downloaded through the MetCom Website.  However, it is essential that bidders realize that prior to downloading the Bid Documents, they must complete the Bidder Information Form to ensure that their specific information is added to the official Bidder’s List.  This is to ensure that any revisions or addenda that may be added to the Bid Documents are received by all potential bidders.  The Metropolitan Commission assumes no responsibility when potential bidders who download the document from the Website, and neglect to provide company information to Purchasing staff, fail to receive revisions or addenda to the Bid Documents. Written acknowledgement of all addenda is necessary for bids to be considered complete and responsive. Questions for the purchasing staff may be emailed to the addresses below.
