MetCom's customers my now pay Water & Sewer bills online using Visa or MasterCard. DO NOT use this process to avoid disconnection of service due to non-payment, reconnect service or to avoid penalty! It takes 3 business days for your payment to be posted to your account. Please enter the amount of the payment along with your customer number and Service Address. With this system you can also make partial and multiple payments with this system but we request you leave a comment explaining this.

• 1. Enter the information requested below and click "Access Secure Server"

• 2. When the shopping cart loads, verify the amount, enter your Billing Address (the address your credit card issuer has on file for your account), enter your credit card information then, confirm and send. Please, do NOT click the back button or navigate away from the page while your payment is being processed.
  

• 3. When processing finishes, you will see a confirmation page indicating the status of your payment. You will also receive an emailed record of the transaction.
