Payment Options

  • Auto Pay –  Sign up for Auto Pay. Your payment will be automatically deducted from your bank account or Credit/Debit card each month. Click here for directions on how to sign-up or by logging into your online account.

  • Online – Visit our payment website here to make a one-time payment.  We accept eChecks (bank drafts), Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards. 
    NOTE:  Please allow 3 days for online payments to post to your account.


  • By Phone – Call our automated service at 844-611-4019.

  • In Person – Effective December 2nd, Payment of cash, check, cashier’s check, money order or VISA, MasterCard, or Discover credit cards are accepted during normal office hours between 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday and Friday 8 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., except holidays.

  • By Night Depository – A depository box is located in our headquarters parking lot.  Payments are picked up daily by 8:00 a.m. and posted to accounts that day.  Please do not put cash in the night depository.

  • If Your Water is Off  you must make payment at the office for service to be turned on.  Payment must be made in cash, money order, Visa, MasterCard or cashier’s check.

  • If Your Account is Delinquent – Metcom can offer payment plans for up to 12-months.  Contact the Billing Office at 301-737-7400 option 2.
